The Magic Glasses

 "The Magic Glasses". A story inspired by the tragic events that took place revolving George Floyd.  About a young Ethiopian girl's glasses becoming magical. Turning the things she once seen as negative into positives. The concept of this story is to teach kids they have the power to put on their magic glasses. What we see can be changed but it's up to us to have the vision to change it. Magic Glasses changing negative views into POSITIVE views! Following the animation are short interviews featuring people from  Saint Paul, MN speaking about their experience in their neighborhoods and how they used their Magic Glasses Super Power to contribute to making their neighborhood a better place! 

Black Girl Magic

The episode "Black Girl Magic",  is about a young foster girl wanting to go see her favorite musical artist Destiny Roberts. Watch to see what happens and how the SMF fairy saves the day! This episode features all Black- Owned Women businesses from Saint Paul, MN. Each owner  showcases their business and shares what their Black Girl Magic super power is. The concept of the story is to show that everyone has Black Girl Magic but it's a special power that specifically black girls have. The wand in the episode represents confidence when you have confidence it unlocks your powers. And your powers is whatever you put your mind to you can do! 

Girls can HOOP too!

The episode, Girls can hoop too", is about a girl wanting to hoop with the boys. Watch to see what makes her sad and how the SMF fairy saves the day! 


Bully Awareness 

Galac on Iglehart St.

The episode "Galac on Iglehart St.", is based on a true story. Character Galac is based off a real life Galac Halloween Character that has a Haunted House every year located on Iglehart St. in the Rondo neighborhood in Saint Paul, MN. Watch to see how the kids escape Galac from his haunted house!
