Our Story
RONDO Double Dutch is a community-based movement dedicated to spreading love, peace, unity, and wellness through art and culture of Double Dutch. Rooted in the historic RONDO neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota, the team brings generations together by celebrating a timeless cultural tradition that promotes physical activity, confidence, teamwork, and joy.
Founded by community leaders passionate about youth empowerment, RONDO Double Dutch creates safe, inclusive spaces where young people and families can connect, learn, and thrive. Through performances, workshops, school partnerships, and community events, participants build coordination, leadership skills, and self- expression while honoring the rich cultural legacy of Double Dutch in Black communities.
